When you sign in with Apple we receive an anonymous identifier and, if you choose to share it, your email address. The answers you enter in the app are stored under that account so you can pick up where you left off on another device. We keep basic technical logs (request times, error messages, device type) to keep the service running.
We do not sell your information, show you ads, or share your answers with anyone. We do not send anything to the government on your behalf; filing is always something you do yourself.
Everything travels over encrypted connections and is stored on servers we control. Access is limited to what is needed to run the app.
Delete your account from Settings in the app, or email hello@n400helper.com. Your answers and account are removed; technical logs age out on their own within a few weeks.
The app is for adults applying for naturalization and is not directed at children under 13.
