Include the iPhone model and iOS version you are using and, if something went wrong, what you were doing when it happened. Please do not email us the contents of your application; we do not need them to help you, and email is not a safe place for them.
We can help with anything about the app itself: signing in, saving your progress, exporting your answers, deleting your account. We cannot tell you how to answer a question on your application or whether you qualify for citizenship. For that, talk to an immigration attorney or a representative accredited by the Department of Justice.
Open Settings in the app and choose Delete account. Everything stored under your account is removed. You can also email us and we will do it for you.
